You pick up a very good point. Unfortunately there has not been any work done in this direction.
At the moment a good part of the visitors on the OSA site come from the US, UK, Canady (english speaking part

and Australia.
The reason why there are so little visitors from countries like France, Germany, China and Japan is certainly that we have not yet established an internationalization.
I think we are very open to any kind of contribution and if you would like to contribute translations of the definitions, the landscape or other library parts you are most welcome.
Technically speaking we would then need to find a way to create multiple language versions of each page... surely we will find a Joomla module for that...
